Scheduling Test Drives

Pre-Purchase Inspection

We strongly recommend pre-purchase inspection before buying ANY used vehicle, even from us. We offer professional pre-purchase inspection service.

Inspection provides detailed condition report, identifies existing issues and upcoming maintenance needs, and helps you make informed purchase decisions. Small inspection cost can save thousands in avoided problems.

Vehicle History and Documentation

We provide vehicle history reports showing previous ownership, service records if available, accident history, and mileage verification.

Review all documentation carefully. Ask questions about anything unclear. We disclose known issues - used vehicles have normal wear and age-related conditions.

Trade-In Process

We evaluate your current vehicle for trade-in value. Bring your vehicle, title, and service records. We inspect condition, verify mileage, and check market value.

Trade-in offer is good for 7 days. Trade-in value is applied to vehicle purchase price, reducing amount due. You can also sell privately if you prefer - many sellers get higher prices selling privately.

Financing and Payment

We work with several Finnish banks (Nordea, OP, Danske Bank) to arrange vehicle financing. Bring proof of income, residence, and identification for financing applications. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days.

Cash purchases require bank transfer or certified funds for amounts over €3,000. Personal checks may require 3-5 day clearance period. See payment policy.

Purchase Completion

After finalizing price, financing (if applicable), and trade-in, we prepare sales documentation: purchase agreement, title transfer documents, warranty information, and service records.

Vehicle Delivery and Handover

No - all sales are final. Used vehicle sales are significant purchases - take time to inspect, test drive, get professional pre-purchase inspection, and make confident decisions before buying.

Yes, for amounts up to €5,000. Credit card fees make large transactions expensive (we absorb fees up to €5,000). For larger amounts, bank transfer or financing are preferred methods.
5. Can I negotiate price?
We consider reasonable offers. List prices reflect market value and vehicle condition. We price fairly based on condition and market research. Make an offer - we'll explain our pricing and discuss what's reasonable.
6. Do you buy vehicles?

7. Where do you get your vehicles?
Sources include trade-ins from customers, wholesale auctions, and direct purchases. All vehicles are inspected before sale. We don't sell vehicles with serious undisclosed problems.
8. Can I see service history?
When available, yes. Many used vehicles have incomplete records. We provide what we have. Pre-purchase inspection supplements missing history by assessing current condition.
9. Do you deliver vehicles?
Yes, for fee based on distance (€1.50/km within 100 km, negotiable beyond). Pickup at our location is always free. We can also recommend professional vehicle transport services for long distances.
10. What paperwork do I need to bring?
Driver's license for test drive. For financing: proof of income, residence, identification. For trade-in: vehicle title, registration. For purchase: payment method, insurance proof (required for registration).
