How We Price Services

Labor is priced at €85 per hour. Estimates include labor time, parts cost, and any supplies or shop fees. Complex jobs may have ranges (e.g., "2-4 hours") due to unknowns discovered during repair.

Parts are priced at our cost plus a markup covering handling, warranty administration, and ensuring quality. OEM parts typically cost more than aftermarket but offer exact fit and manufacturer warranty. We discuss options with you.

Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic services have a fee of €75-95 depending on complexity, covering technician time and equipment use. If you proceed with recommended repairs, the diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair invoice.

If you decline repairs or seek a second opinion, the diagnostic fee is still due as we've provided professional diagnosis and recommendations. The diagnostic report is yours to keep.

Estimate Approval Process

We provide written estimates explaining the problem, recommended repairs, parts needed, labor time, and total cost. The estimate is YOUR decision point - we never start work without your approval.

If we discover additional problems during repair, we stop work and contact you with a revised estimate. You decide whether to proceed, do only some repairs, or decline additional work. You always control what gets done and what you spend.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless you've arranged financing in advance. We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. Invoices include detailed breakdown of labor, parts, and any shop supplies.

For large repairs, we can arrange deposit and final payment structure. Discuss payment plans when reviewing estimates for major work.

VAT and Pricing

All prices quoted include Finnish VAT (currently 24%). Business customers with valid VAT numbers may be eligible for VAT-exempt invoicing - provide your VAT number when booking.

1. Do you price match competitors?
We price fairly based on quality parts, skilled labor, and proper procedures. We don't match low-ball quotes that may cut corners. We explain what's included in our pricing and let you decide based on value, not just lowest price.
2. Why do you need a deposit?
For very large repairs or when ordering expensive special-order parts, we may request a deposit to cover parts ordering. Deposit is applied to your final invoice. Standard repairs typically don't require deposits.
3. Can I pay in installments?
For large repairs over €1,500, we may arrange payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Discuss with service advisor when reviewing estimates. Standard repairs require payment on completion.
4. What if the actual cost is different from estimate?
Costs typically match estimates. If we discover additional problems, we stop and get new approval. If repair takes less time than estimated, you pay actual time, not estimate maximum. We don't pad estimates.
5. Do you charge for estimates?
Visual inspection estimates (checking worn pads, obvious leaks) are typically free. Diagnostic estimates requiring computer scanning or test drives have a diagnostic fee. See our diagnostic service.
6. What are shop supplies fees?
Small fees (typically 2-5% of parts/labor) covering shop towels, cleaning solvents, lubricants, and other consumables used in every repair. This is industry standard and clearly itemized.
7. Is warranty work free?

8. Can I get a quote over phone?
We can provide rough ranges, but accurate quotes require vehicle inspection. Too many variables affect repair costs. We provide free estimates after inspection.
9. Do seniors or students get discounts?
